Day Seven

Today is our first lesson in Wuhan. Before class, we went to the same street which is opposite our hostel to have breakfast again. Again, we had our dry noodles.

After we had our breakfast, we walked to our class. The walking journey took about 10 minutes from the eating place. So, actually it took around 20 minutes from our hostels to our classroom.
My Goodness, I think today we had a lot exercise. We walked up 7 floor storey. Everyone was exhausted and thought that finally can get a place to sit in the classroom. However, we found that the instruction given to us wasn’t clear; we walked up the wrong stairs!
Then, we walked down seven floors again. Then, walked up another seven floor again which is the stairs next by the stairs which we had walked up.

Finally, back to our classroom. We settled down, and prepared to start our first lesson. Bomb! Critical things happened. First, we cannot access to the wireless. Second, our poor mr.wee cannot access to the projector. Then, how are we going to start our lesson like this hmm? How?

Then, Mr.wee knew that today we can’t have a proper lesson. Then, he shared some of his past, project management experienced with us. Today, I learnt from him that project management is very important. Without project management, there’s always a conflict, construction delay that will cause a company to lost money, offend your client, and planning schedule.

A person can be talented for designed. However, if the architect has talent in design, but cannot manage the project properly. Guess what, he will end up losing money, reputation, things cannot go on with what he wants. In the end, he will lose everything.

Today, I understand the importance of studying too. A poly graduates can only go on contractor works. A contractor has to entertain his clients often. I know myself the best; I am not the person who can always entertain my clients in the night club. If I have to entertain, I need to pick up some golf skills. If not, I will end up going to night club often, neglecting my family, causing my life in a mess.

Today, we went to Golden Hans for dinner. The buffet costs us about 38 Yuan. The dinner was fantastic. We had many various dishes in the restaurant. The waiter and waitress were very friendly. We spent around 3 hours in the restaurant. The atmosphere was very good, and there were ladies singing songs for the customers. That’s make us sit there for so long. Haha..
Our day ended very fast, We learnt, and enjoyed today. Probably we will go back to the restaurant again, to celebrate our friends’ birthday.
